Employees in the classifications of Fire Suppression Aide II and Fire Suppression Aide III who select the MBO shall receive MPS in the following amounts per pay period: Coverage Type MPS Amount Employee Only $144.71 Employee Only – Grandfathered* $166.60 Employee + 1 $290.76 Employee + 2 $412.80 Effective July 17, 2021, the MPS amounts shall increase to the following amounts per pay period: Coverage Type MPS Amount Employee Only $145.12 Employee Only – Grandfathered* $166.60 Employee + 1 $290.76 Employee + 2 $412.80 Effective July 16, 2022, the MPS amounts shall increase to the following amounts per pay period: Coverage Type MPS Amount Employee Only $146.90 Employee Only – Grandfathered* $166.60 Employee + 1 $292.67 Employee + 2 $412.80 *Grandfathered Employee Only (Fire Suppression Aide II and Fire Suppression Aide III) – Only those employees who prior to July 21, 2018 elected the Employee Only – Highest Cost HMO coverage and continue to elect the Employee Only – Highest Cost HMO coverage will continue to receive either $117.33 or $234.65 per pay period, as applicable. However, those employees who prior to July 21, 2018 elected the Employee Only – Highest Cost HMO coverage who subsequently elect another plan option shall no longer be eligible to receive the grandfathered amounts of either $117.33 or $234.65 per pay period, as applicable, and shall receive the applicable amount listed in the chart above.

  • Fire Suppression Unless prevented by circumstances over which he, she or it has no control, the Purchaser shall place qualified employees, contractors and employees of contractors and all equipment at the disposal of any authorized State, County, or Federal Forest Officer for the purpose of fighting forest fires. Payment for such services shall be made at rates to be determined by the Forest Officer, which shall be within a range of payment rates shown in the Interagency Incident Business Management Handbook, NWCG Handbook 2. Any employees or equipment furnished by the Purchaser, contractors or employees of contractors, shall be relieved from fire fighting as soon as it is practicable for the Forest Officer to obtain other adequate labor or equipment.

  • Fire Suppression Costs Purchaser’s obliga- tions for cost of fire suppression vary according to three classifications of fires as follows:

  • Hardware Support During the Term, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to install mandatory Hardware updates in accordance with the terms of the Service Contract as such materials become available for distribution. Whether a Hardware update is mandatory shall be determined by Seller in its sole discretion. Seller shall reschedule Hardware updates to coincide with preventive maintenance visits. If Purchaser requests that such Hardware updates occur at a time or date other than during preventive maintenance visits, Seller may, at its sole discretion, charge Purchaser for any costs and expenses incurred in connection with such Hardware update visit. All updated Hardware and components thereof and Purchaser’s use of the same shall be subject to this Agreement and the Original Terms.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Software Support During the Term, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide all Software updates and qualified Software upgrades in accordance with the terms of the Service Contract as such materials become commercially available for distribution. Purchaser’s use of all Software, updates, and upgrades of Software shall be subject to this Agreement, the Original Terms, and the applicable XXXX.

  • Grading systems of the institutions [It is recommended that receiving institutions provide the statistical distribution of grades according to the descriptions in the ECTS users’ guide7. A link to a webpage can be enough. The table will facilitate the interpretation of each grade awarded to students and will facilitate the credit transfer by the sending institution.]

  • Meteorological Data Reporting Requirement (Applicable to wind generation facilities only) The wind generation facility shall, at a minimum, be required to provide the Transmission Provider with site-specific meteorological data including: • Temperature (degrees Fahrenheit) • Wind speed (meters/second) • Wind direction (degrees from True North) • Atmosphere pressure (hectopascals) • Forced outage data (wind turbine and MW unavailability)

  • Traffic Measurement and Billing over Interconnection Trunks 6.1 For billing purposes, each Party shall pass Calling Party Number (CPN) information on at least ninety-five percent (95%) of calls carried over the Interconnection Trunks.

  • DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.
