Grandfathered Employee. For those bargaining unit members who were employed and took group health and/or dental insurance as of November 27, 2017, The Board will continue to contribute the percentage contribution to the single and dependent group health and dental insurance plans chosen by the employee and in effect at that time. Grandfathered employees may choose a different plan and the Board will continue to make contributions to those plans at the Board’s percentage contribution levels in effect as of November 27, 2017, so long as the plan chosen by the grandfathered employee is less costly than the plan the employee is changing from.
Grandfathered Employee. A “grandfathered employee” is a full-time or part-time employee who was employed by PIC prior to January 1, 2008 and who is currently working on a 1600 hour year.
Grandfathered Employee. The Parties hereby agree that Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx (Relief) will be red-circled at the wage rate of sixteen dollars and eighty-three cents ($16.83) and continue to receive six percent (6%) vacation pay for the duration of her employment.
