Recording of Communications Buyer, Seller and Guarantor shall have the right (but not the obligation) from time to time to make or cause to be made tape recordings of communications between its employees and those of the other party with respect to Transactions. Buyer, Seller and Guarantor consent to the admissibility of such tape recordings in any court, arbitration, or other proceedings. The parties agree that a duly authenticated transcript of such a tape recording shall be deemed to be a writing conclusively evidencing the parties’ agreement.
Meeting of Committee In the event of either party wishing to call a meeting of the Committee, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement, however, such meeting to be held not later than 14 days after request has been received unless varied by mutual agreement.
Filing of Agreement Upon execution of this Agreement, it shall be filed with the appropriate state regulatory agency pursuant to the requirements of Section 252 of the Act. Scheduling of Meetings Either party may request a meeting of the UFE- Management Committee by sending a written request, including a description of the issue(s) to be addressed, to the other party. AUTHORITY PUBLICATIONS 3.1 The Authority will periodically update and revise marketing materials. The Supplier shall supply current information for inclusion in such marketing materials when required by the Authority.
