FEMA Required Language. (A) To be eligible for FEMA assistance under the County’s FEMA grant or cooperative agreement, the cost of the change, modification, change order, or construction change must be allowable, allocable, within the scope of the County’s grant or cooperative agreement, and for the completion of project scope. All changes to this Agreement to alter the method, price or schedule of work must be approved by written amendment to this Agreement signed by both parties.
