Federal Contract Requirements. All references to “Contractor” in this Exhibit shall apply to any contractor, or subcontractor performing work on behalf of the Contractor pursuant to the foregoing Agreement/Contract. The following Federal Contract Requirements will generally apply to all Contractors.
