Fault Receipt. The Dial Telecom’s Help Desk for receipt of Circuit Fault reports is available 24x7x365 on the telephone number +000 000 000 000. The Subscriber must use this contact number to report a Fault; otherwise Dial Telecom cannot guarantee the SLA parameters. Reporting of Service Fault is governed by the following procedure: The Subscriber: • Provides the identification (name/company/address). • Provides the number of the Service that is specified in the Hand-over Protocol of the relevant service concluded with Dial Telecom. • Provides information on the Fault • Approves the Fault start time with the Dial Telecom’s operator Dial Telecom’s operator: • Provides the identification • Confirms Fault take-over from the Subscriber • Approves the Fault start time with the Subscriber • Enters the data in a new trouble ticket (TT) In case the Subscriber does not know the exact number of the Service and Dial Telecom has to identify the Service subject of the claim from the database, the time when Dial Telecom identified the Service shall be considered as the Fault start time for SLA calculation purpose.

This contact number must be used to report a Fault by the User. Otherwise the Provider cannot guarantee the SLA parameters. Reporting of leased line Fault is governed by the following procedure: The User: • Provides the identification (name/company/address). • Provides the name of the line that is specified in the Acceptance protocol of the relevant service concluded with the Provider. • Provides information on the Fault • Approves the Fault start time with the Provider’s operator Provider’s operator: • Provides the identification • Confirms Fault take-over from the User • Approves the Fault start time with the User • Enters the data in a new trouble ticket (TT) In case the User does not know the exact name of the line and the Provider has to identify the line subject of the claim from the database, the time when the Provider identified the line shall be considered as the Fault start time.

  • Invoice The Interconnected Transmission Owner shall provide Transmission Provider a quarterly statement of the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s scheduled expenditures during the next three months for, as applicable (a) the design, engineering and construction of, and/or for other charges related to, construction of the Interconnection Facilities for which the Interconnected Transmission Owner is responsible under the Interconnection Service Agreement and the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, or (b) in the event that the Interconnection Customer exercises the Option to Build pursuant to Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 3.2.3.1, for the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s oversight costs (i.e. costs incurred by the Transmission Owner when engaging in oversight activities to satisfy itself that the Interconnection Customer is complying with the Transmission Owner’s standards and specifications for the construction of facilities) associated with Interconnection Customer’s building Transmission Owner Attachment Facilities and Direct Connection Network Upgrades, including but not limited to Costs for tie-in work and Cancellation Costs. Interconnected Transmission Owner oversight costs shall be consistent with Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 3.2.3.2(a)(12). Transmission Provider shall bill Interconnection Customer on behalf of the Interconnected Transmission Owner, for the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s expected Costs during the subsequent three months. Interconnection Customer shall pay each bill within twenty (20) days after receipt thereof. Upon receipt of each of Interconnection Customer’s payments of such bills, Transmission Provider shall reimburse the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Customer may request that the Transmission Provider provide a quarterly cost reconciliation. Such a quarterly cost reconciliation will have a one-quarter lag, e.g., reconciliation of Costs for the first calendar quarter of work will be provided at the start of the third calendar quarter of work, provided, however, that Section 11.2.3 of this Appendix 2 shall govern the timing of the final cost reconciliation upon completion of the work.

  • Receipt Any such notice shall be assumed to have been received when delivered in person or 48 hours after being sent in the manner specified above.

  • Default – Reprocurement Costs In case of Contract breach by Contractor, resulting in termination by the County, the County may procure the goods and/or services from other sources. If the cost for those goods and/or services is higher than under the terms of the existing Contract, Contractor will be responsible for paying the County the difference between the Contract cost and the price paid, and the County may deduct this cost from any unpaid balance due the Contractor. The price paid by the County shall be the prevailing market price at the time such purchase is made. This is in addition to any other remedies available under this Contract and under law.

  • Name Collision Occurrence Assessment 6.2.1 Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD except in compliance with a Name Collision Occurrence Assessment provided by ICANN regarding the Registry TLD. Registry Operator will either (A) implement the mitigation measures described in its Name Collision Occurrence Assessment before activating any second-­‐level domain name, or (B) block those second-­‐level domain names for which the mitigation measures as described in the Name Collision Occurrence Assessment have not been implemented and proceed with activating names that are not listed in the Assessment.

  • Fault Reporting 5.1 We are responsible for correcting faults in supplying the Voice Services. You must provide all necessary assistance to enable us to locate and repair any fault which is our responsibility.

BellSouth will be notified of sequence failures identified by <<customer_name>> and resend the data as appropriate. THE DATA WILL BE PACKED USING ATIS EMI RECORDS.

  • Invoice Errors If You find a material error in an invoice, then You must notify Dell in writing within 10 days from its receipt. Any amounts Dell and You both agree in writing to correct must be paid before the later of: (a) 14 days following the date of Dell’s corrected invoice; or (b) the original due date. If You withhold payment on the basis that an invoice is incorrect and Dell finds that the amount is accurate, then You must pay interest on the unpaid disputed amount from the invoice due date until Dell receives payment. You may not offset, defer, or deduct any invoiced amounts that Dell determines are correct following completion of this process.

  • Delay Claim Must Be In Writing Any claim to extend the Contract Time and Material Completion and Occupancy Date must be in writing, must set forth in detail the basis for the claim and the number of days of delay claimed, must be correlated with the approved Overall Project Schedule, must be executed by the Contractor and delivered to the Design Professional and the Owner, and must be reviewed and an appropriate time assessed by the Design Professional.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • INVOICE PAYMENT 3.1. The CUSTOMER shall pay all valid invoices submitted by the CONTRACTOR in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule in accordance with the provisions of Clause 5 of this Contract.
