Receipt definition

Receipt means one of the Depositary Receipts, substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit A hereto, issued hereunder, whether in definitive or temporary form and evidencing the number of Depositary Shares held of record by the record holder of such Depositary Shares.
Receipt means the physical or electronic arrival of the invoice at the address of the Authority detailed at clause A5.4 (Notices) or at any other address given by the Authority to the Contractor for the submission of invoices.
Receipt means a receipt issued hereunder to evidence one or more Depositary Shares, whether in definitive or temporary form, substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit A hereto.

Examples of Receipt in a sentence

  • In no event shall any amendment or supplement impair the right of the Holder to surrender such Receipt and receive therefor the Deposited Securities represented thereby, except in order to comply with mandatory provisions of applicable law.
