Common use of Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment Clause in Contracts

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on amount due and payable in terms of this agreement, maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2, municipal tax and other outgoings and further holding charge of Rs.5,000/- per month or part thereof for the period of delay of to taking possession.

In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2. alongwith interest on amount amounts due and payable in terms of this agreement, maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2, municipal tax and other outgoings and further holding charge of Rs.5,000/- Rs. 5000/ - per month or part thereof as Guarding Charges for the period of delay of to in taking possession.

Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the allotteeAllottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2. alongwith interest on amount amounts due and payable in terms of this agreement, maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2, municipal tax and other outgoings and further holding charge of Rs.5,000/- Rs. 5000/- per month or part thereof as Guarding Charges for the period of delay of to in taking possession.

Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter promoter by executing the exciting necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this the Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on amount due and payable in terms of this agreement, maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2, municipal tax and other outgoings and further holding charge of Rs.5,000/- Rs. 5,000/- per month or part thereof for the period of delay of to taking possession.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.217.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2 17.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on amount due and payable in terms of this agreement, maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2, municipal tax and other outgoings and further holding charge of Rs.5,000/- Rs............../- per month or part thereof for the period of delay of to taking possession.
