Failure of Allottee to take Possession of [Apartment/Plot]. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the [Apartment/Plot] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the [Apartment/Plot] to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.
Failure of Allottee to take Possession of [Apartment/Plot]. Failure of Allottee to take Possession of [Apartment/Plot]. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Developer as per clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Developer shall give possession of the Apartment/Plot to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as applicable.
Failure of Allottee to take Possession of [Apartment/Plot]. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment/Plot from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment/Plot to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as applicable. On failure of allottee to pay the installment as per schedule given in allotment letter, apart from paying the interest on the delayed amount, the possession of the plot/apartment shall be extended to the extent of period of delay in paying the defaulted amount.

Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per Para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2, property tax, electricity charges and any other expenses and outgoing in respect of the said apartment and the Promoters shall not be liable for the maintenance, wear and tear of the said Premises.

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of [Apartment/Plot] upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per clause 7.1, the Allottee shall take possession of the [Apartment/Plot] from the Promoter by paying all amounts executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as specified in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the [Apartment/Plot] to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as applicable including all Government rates, taxes, charges, interest on delay and all other outgoing and expenses of and incidental to the management and maintenance of the said Project and the building thereon.

Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment/Plot from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment/Plot to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as applicable. On failure of allottee to pay the installment as per schedule given in allotment letter, apart from paying the interest on the delayed amount, 1 Substituted Vide Notification No. G.S.R. 79/C.A.16/2016/ S.84/Amd.(1)/2020, dated the 25th September, 2020 published in Punjab Government Gazette (Extraordinary), dated October 8, 2020 PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA), JUNE 8, 2017 13 (JYST 18, 1939 SAKA) the possession of the plot/apartment shall be extended to the extent of period of delay in paying the defaulted amount.
Failure of Allottee to take Possession of [Apartment/Plot]. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per clause 8.1, the Allottee shall take possession of the [Apartment / Plot] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the [Apartment / Plot] to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in clause 8.1 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as applicable. If within a period of five years from the date of handing over the Apartment to the Allottee, the Allottee brings to the notice of the Promoter any structural defect in the Apartment or the building in which the Apartment are situated or any defects on account of workmanship, quality or provision of service, then, wherever possible such defects shall be rectified by the Promoter at his own cost and in case it is not possible to rectify such defects, then the Allottee shall be entitled to receive from the Promoter, compensation for such defect in the manner as provided under the Act.
