Faculty Participation in Search Committees for Administrative Positions. ‌ Before inviting College personnel to serve on a search committee to fill a full-time academic administrator position, the Human Resources Department will notify the Association of the formation of the search committee. Within 14 calendar days after such notice, the Association may meet with the Human Resources Department and present recommendations about the make-up of the search committee and about qualified and diverse bargaining unit members willing to serve on it.

  • Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement.
