Facilities Team Sample Clauses

Facilities Team. Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge that Tenant’s in-house facilities management department (collectively, the “Facilities Team”) is comprised of a multi-disciplined staff of competent professional facilities maintenance, repair and management personnel. Tenant shall cause, throughout the Lease Term, its Facilities Team to maintain requisite levels of capability and expertise, and apply such Facilities Team to the Project, as reasonably required to satisfy the Management Standard.
