In the event that an identification badge, proximity card or key is lost, stolen or damaged, the CONTRACTOR shall immediately email the Facilities Maintenance Division Manager and the COUNTY’s Project Manager.

At no time will personnel, subcontractors, and representatives of the CONTRACTOR be allowed to work on the COUNTY’s property prior to being given approval by the Facilities Maintenance Division Manager and the assignment of a CONTRACTOR identification badge.
