Facilities Maintenance definition

Facilities Maintenance means the times QTS monitors and maintains its network, QTS Provided Equipment or Facilities.
Facilities Maintenance or “Maintenance” means the construction, installation, repair, upgrade, or other physical access to the Facility in the ROW that does not involve Excavation.
Facilities Maintenance means the times QUALITYTECH monitors and maintains its network, QUALITYTECH Provided Equipment or Facilities.

Examples of Facilities Maintenance in a sentence

  • The report shall be delivered electronically in PDF format to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Representative, the Facilities Maintenance Division Manager, and the COUNTY’s Project Manager.

  • In the event that an identification badge, proximity card or key is lost, stolen or damaged, the CONTRACTOR shall immediately email the Facilities Maintenance Division Manager and the COUNTY’s Project Manager.

  • At the completion of the Project and/or Service the CONTRACTOR shall, within 3 business days, arrange to meet with the Facilities Maintenance Division Manager to return all identification badges, proximity cards, and keys.

  • At no time will personnel, subcontractors, and representatives of the CONTRACTOR be allowed to work on the COUNTY’s property prior to being given approval by the Facilities Maintenance Division Manager and the assignment of a CONTRACTOR identification badge.

  • Reports must be delivered electronically in PDF format to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Representative, the Facilities Maintenance Division Manager, and the COUNTY’s Project Manager.

  • The Facilities Maintenance Manager may reject any material that would be unsuitable for the purpose, or harmful to the surfaces to which it is to be applied.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.
