External monitoring The external monitoring and audit referred to in Articles 11.1, 11.2, 11.3 and 11.4 of the Regulation shall not in any way relieve the National Focal Point or the Programme Operator of their obligations under the legal framework regarding monitoring of the Programme and/or its projects, financial control and audit.

Complaints Process The School shall establish and adhere to a process for resolving public complaints which shall include an opportunity for complainants to be heard. The final administrative appeal shall be heard by the School's Governing Board, except where the complaint pertains to a possible violation of any law or term under this Contract. The complaints process shall be readily accessible from the School’s website, as described in Section 11.4.1.
INTERNAL MAIL 1. The Association shall have reasonable access to inter-school mail.
TRANSACTION PROCESS The RFQ for this Lot will contain a deliverable-based Statement of Work (SOW). The RFQ will include, but is not limited to: Authorized User timeframes; system integration requirements; and other risks that may affect the cost to the Authorized User. All responses to RFQs must include detailed price information, including but not limited to: hours required per title, cost per hour etc. Travel, lodging and per diem costs must be itemized in the total quote and may not exceed the rates in the NYS OSC Travel Policy. External Audit (a) The Beneficiary or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, shall present to the Bank, during the period of Project execution and within the deadlines and with the frequency provided in the Special Conditions of this Agreement, the Project’s financial statements and other reports, and any additional financial information relating thereto that the Bank may request, in accordance with accounting principles and standards acceptable to the Bank.
Internal Investigations (A) The parties recognize that Florida Highway Patrol personnel occupy a special place in American society. Therefore, it is understood that the state has the right to expect that a professional standard of conduct be adhered to by all Florida Highway Patrol personnel regardless of rank or assignment. Since internal investigations may be undertaken to inquire into complaints of Florida Highway Patrol misconduct, the state reserves the right to conduct such investigations to uncover the facts in each case, but expressly agrees to carefully guard and protect the rights and dignity of accused personnel. In the course of an internal investigation, the investigative methods employed will be consistent with the law (including but not limited to section 112.532, Florida Statutes) and this agreement; nothing in this agreement, however, shall be deemed to diminish the rights of employees under applicable law.
Informal Process The Informal Process provides an Employee with the opportunity to resolve his or her concern by using the open door process, with the assistance of a FC member, within 30 calendar days of the date the Employee became aware of the issue. While an Employee may speak with anyone in the open door process regarding a concern or problem, the Employee is encouraged to take this concern up with his immediate supervisor or may request the assistance of the Employee Advocate or a FC member to facilitate resolution of the issue.
Processes Any employer, employee, trade union or employer’s association may at any point in time apply for an exemption from any of the provisions of this Collective Agreement. The applicant is required to complete and submit in writing with the relevant office of the Council, a fully and properly completed prescribed application for exemption form, accompanied by all relevant supporting documentation.
