Common use of Extended Schedules Clause in Contracts

Extended Schedules. Hours of work established for employees who work in extended operations, that is coverage on weekends and/or more than one shift per day, shall not be less than the daily hours specified in Clause 16:03(a)(ii), and shall be as posted on the shift schedule and shall average the weekly hours specified in Clause 16:03(a)(ii) over a maximum of a 64 day cycle. A 91 day cycle can be implemented with mutual agreement of the Union and the Employer.
