Extended Health Care Insurance. i) For those Part-Time Members who qualify and elect to participate in the benefit coverage for medical insurance, and whose workload is between thirty-five per cent (35%) and fifty per cent (50%) of the full-time work week, will contribute fifty per cent (50%) and the University will contribute fifty per cent (50%) of the total cost of the benefits.
