Common use of Extended Contract Clause in Contracts

Extended Contract. Employees working beyond the one hundred ninety (190) day contract shall be paid at the rate of ninety percent (90%) of 1/190th of that employee’s annual salary per day worked.

Extended Contract. Employees working beyond the one hundred ninety ninety-one (190191) day contract shall be paid at the rate of ninety percent (90%) of 1/190th of that employee’s annual salary per day worked.

Extended Contract. ‌ Employees working beyond the one hundred ninety ninety-three (190193) day contract shall be paid at the rate of ninety percent (90%) of 1/190th 1/193rd of that employee’s annual salary per day worked.
