Exchange of information on manufacturing/import authorisations and GMP compliance. The Parties shall exchange information on the authorisation status of manufacturers and importers and on the outcome of the inspections, in particular by entering authorisations, GMP certificates and information on GMP non-compliance into the database on GMP managed by the European Medicines Agency (EMA). GMP certificates and information on GMP-compliance shall follow the format in accordance with the procedures published by the EU. In accordance with the general provisions of this Agreement, the parties shall exchange any information necessary for the mutual recognition of inspections and operation of this chapter. The relevant authorities in Switzerland and in the European Union shall also keep each other informed of any new technical guidance or inspection procedure. Each Party shall consult the other before their adoption and shall endeavour to proceed towards their approximation.

  • REGULATORY FILINGS AND CAISO TARIFF COMPLIANCE 3.1 Filing

  • Accessibility of Information Technology Contractor represents and warrants that any software/ hardware/ communications system/ equipment (collectively “technology”), if any, provided under this Agreement adheres to the standards and/or specifications as may be set forth in the Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 standards guide and is fully compliant with WCAG 2.0 AA standards for accessibility and compliant with any applicable FCC regulations. Technology that will be used on a mobile device must also be navigable with Voiceover on iOS devices in addition to meeting WCAG 2.0 level AA. If portions of the technology or user experience are alleged to be non-compliant or non- accessible at any point, District will provide Contractor with notice of such allegation and Contractor shall use its best efforts to make the technology compliant and accessible. If a state or federal department, office or regulatory agency, or if any other third party administrative agency or organization (“Claimants”), make a claim, allegation, initiates legal or regulatory process, or if a court finds or otherwise determines that technology is non-compliant or non-accessible, Contractor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the District from and against any and all such claims, allegations, liabilities, damages, penalties, fees, costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising out of or related to Xxxxxxxxx’ claims. Contractor shall also fully indemnify District for the full cost of any user accommodation that is found to be necessary due to an identifiable lack of accessibility in the Contractor’s technology. If necessary, an independent 3rd party accessibility firm using POUR standards (Perceivable, Operable, Understandable and Robust) may be used to validate the accessibility of the technology.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • Requirement to Utilize HUB Compliance Reporting System Pursuant to Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Sections 20.285(f) and 20.287(b), TFC administers monthly administration HSP-PAR compliance monitoring through its HUB Compliance Reporting System commonly known as B2G. PSP and PSP’s subcontractors/subconsultants shall submit required PAR information into the B2G system. Any delay in the timely submission of PAR information into the B2G system will be treated as an invoicing error subject to dispute under Texas Government Code Section 2251.042.

  • Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications For State Agency Authorized User Acquisitions: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as follows: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08- 005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as such policy may be amended, modified or superseded, which requires that state agency web-based information and applications are accessible to persons with disabilities. Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.

  • Export Control Compliance User acknowledges that Center is an open laboratory for fundamental research that has many foreign persons as its employees and students. User understands and agrees that under no circumstances will User bring export control-listed items, or unpublished software source code or technical information in the form of defense articles or technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), to Center. Use of Center or facilities for activity subject to the ITAR, including the development, assembly or fabrication of defense articles identified on the US Munitions List, is prohibited.

  • CEQA Compliance The District has complied with all assessment requirements imposed upon it by the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resource Code Section 21000 et seq.   • HIPAA Compliance If this Contract involves services, activities or products subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), the Contractor covenants that it will appropriately safeguard Protected Health Information (defined in 45 CFR 160.103), and agrees that it is subject to, and shall comply with, the provisions of 45 CFR 164 Subpart E regarding use and disclosure of Protected Health Information.
