Excess Waste or Garbage. If the Landlord determines that the Tenant’s use of the Leased Premises results in amounts of waste or garbage substantially in excess of that resulting from the use by the other occupants of leaseable premises, the Landlord may, at the Tenant’s sole expense, make or require the Tenant to make special arrangements for removal and disposal of waste or garbage at the Tenant’s sole expense.
