Disposal of Waste. The licensee shall have to make their own arrangements for daily disposal of waste (after segregation of dry and wet waste) out of Maha-Metro premises. The wastes shall be dumped at sites approved by concerned civic agencies to ensure perfect cleanliness. If any kind of waste is found disposed off on Maha-Metro land or premises a penalty/fine of Rs. 5000/- per instance shall be imposed by Maha-Metro for each occasion.
Disposal of Waste. Lessee shall not keep any trash, garbage, waste or other refuse on the Premises except in sanitary containers and shall regularly and frequently remove same from the Premises. Lessee shall keep all such containers in a clean and sanitary condition. Lessee shall properly dispose of all sanitary sewage and shall not use the sewage system for the disposal of anything except sanitary sewage, nor in excess of capacity. Lessee shall not cause any obstruction in the sewage disposal system.
Disposal of Waste. Neither Alanco nor any Subsidiary has disposed, spilled or deposited at any time on any of the properties previously or currently owned or leased by them, nor do any of them have any knowledge of such disposal, spill or deposit on any of the properties currently owned or leased by it, any "Hazardous Substance" in excess of the corresponding "Reportable Quantity" (as those terms are defined in the Comprehensive Environmental Response compensation and Liability Act, as amended ("CERCLA") or its state or local equivalent), oil or petroleum in excess of 100 kilograms, or "Hazardous Waste" in any quantity (as that term is defined in the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, or its state or local equivalent), or disposed, spilled or deposited any Hazardous Substances, oil, petroleum, or Hazardous Waste (collectively, "Materials"), the nature, amount, or concentration of which would enable the United States Environmental Protection Agency or any state regulatory agency to undertake or require the removal or remediation of such Materials.
Disposal of Waste. 1. The exhibitor is required to arrange for waste disposal in accordance with the instructions issued by the venue lessor.

Tenant shall keep all incinerators, containers or other equipment used for the storage or disposal of such materials in a clean and sanitary condition.
Disposal of Waste. CONTRACTOR will be responsible for disposal of all waste products including but not limited to oil baled from a well, debris, etc. at a legal off-site location. ANY DISPOSAL OF WASTE PRODUCTS OR UNUSED MATERIALS SHALL CONFORM TO APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL REGULATIONS. Copies of disposal documentation shall be provided to CITY upon request.
Disposal of Waste. Tenant shall keep the premises clean and sanitary, free from all rubbish, garbage, and other organic or flammable waste.
Disposal of Waste the Organizer reserves the right to pass on all or part of the charges, taxes and burdens under the regulations in force. The Organizer also agrees to make Exhibitors aware of how much it is in their interests to manage their production of waste.

Solvents and cloths used to the Cleaning Bay.
