Evaluation of Employees’ Skills. Employees who wish to be considered for such assignment shall request a determination from Department Head that their verbal and written bilingual skills are at a level necessary for the assignment. Such eligibility shall be documented through a transaction and established prior to assignment.

  • EVALUATION OF EMPLOYEES Section 1. Performance evaluations are designed to serve the needs of both the employee and Employer. An organized program for employee performance evaluation will:

  • Duration of Employment 5.1 A seafarer shall be engaged for the period specified in Appendix 1 to this Agreement and such period may be extended or reduced by the amount shown in Appendix 1 for operational convenience. Notices of layoff shall be served on employees personally at work whenever practicable.

  • PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES A. The Board assures bargaining unit members that it shall put its full support behind the discipline procedures and policies hereinafter recommended and adopted by the Board. It is also agreed that such policies will be enforced fairly and consistently pursuant to its anti-discrimination policy.

  • Termination of Employment Executive's employment hereunder may be terminated under the following circumstances:
