Evaluation for non OTES certified employees. A. The major goals of staff evaluation are to insure effective employee performance, to assess employee performance, and to provide for ongoing growth and development of the individual employee in order to ultimately improve employee performance. The Parties agree that the BEA and administration will meet quarterly in order to review, assess, and, if necessary, refine the Non-OTES evaluation procedure as mutually agreed by the evaluation committee. The new procedure shall remain in effect until any changes are recommended to the superintendent and adopted by the Board of Education and ratified by the Association.
