Evaluation Category and Category Weight a. The evaluation categories to be used for evaluating the performance of a faculty member, and the relative weight to be given to each category, are as follows. The distribution of weights shall be reflective of the individual member’s assigned workload, totaling 100%. Individual faculty member may, however, elect to place added emphasis on teaching /job performance (LRD) by filing the appropriate form with the Department Chair prior to September 1 of the evaluation year.
