EQRO ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEWS. The EQRO will conduct annual focused administrative compliance assessments for each MCP which will include, but not be limited to, the following domains as specified by ODJFS: member rights and services, QAPI program, case management, provider networks, grievance system, coordination and continuity of care, and utilization management. In addition, the EQRO will complete a comprehensive administrative compliance assessment every three (3) years as required by 42 CFR 438.358 and specified by ODJFS. In accordance with 42 CFR 438.360 and 438.362, MCPs with accreditation from a national accrediting organization approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) may request a non-duplication exemption from certain specified components of the administrative review. ODJFS will inform the MCPs when a non-duplication exemption may be requested.

  • Reports to Administrator Each Series shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Administrator such copies of that Series's Prospectus, SAI, financial statements, proxy statements, reports, and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Administrator may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Administrative Relief Executive understands that this Agreement does not prohibit Executive from pursuing an administrative claim with a local, state or federal administrative body such as the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or the workers’ compensation board.   • Committee Administration This option has been granted pursuant to a determination made by the Committee, and such Committee or any successor or substitute committee authorized by the Board of Directors or the Board of Directors itself, subject to the express terms of this option, shall have plenary authority to interpret any provision of this option and to make any determinations necessary or advisable for the administration of this option and the exercise of the rights herein granted, and may waive or amend any provisions hereof in any manner not adversely affecting the rights granted to Optionee by the express terms hereof.

  • Non-Ministerial Matters; Exceptions to Administrator Duties (i) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, with respect to matters that in the reasonable judgment of the Administrator are non-ministerial, the Administrator shall not take any action unless, within a reasonable time before the taking of such action, the Administrator shall have notified the Issuer of the proposed action and the Issuer shall not have withheld consent or provided an alternative direction.   • Nondiscretionary Details and Minor Expenses The Custodian shall attend to all nondiscretionary details in connection with the sale or purchase or other administration of Investments, except as otherwise directed by Instruction, and may make payments to itself or others for minor expenses of administering Investments under this Agreement, provided that the Fund shall have the right to request an accounting with respect to such expenses.

  • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE If the Executive wishes to obtain redress of any grievance relating to the Employment or is dissatisfied with any reprimand, suspension or other disciplinary step taken by the Company, he shall apply in writing to the chairman of the Board, setting out the nature and details of any such grievance or dissatisfaction.

  • Administrative Procedures Administrative procedures with respect to the sale of Notes shall be agreed upon from time to time by the Agents and the Company (the "Procedures"). The Agents and the Company agree to perform the respective duties and obligations specifically provided to be performed by them in the Procedures.
