Specified Components definition

Specified Components means raw materials, components and/or items of equipment which Buyer supplies or requests Cytiva procures from Third Parties to be either (i) used in the manufacture or assembly of Custom Products or (ii) supplied as part of a System.
Specified Components means specified raw materials, components, sources, brands or suppliers requested by Buyer to be used in the manufacture of custom made HyClone Products.
Specified Components means those components of the Transferred Products or Transferred Components that, before the Effective Date, were manufactured at Hospira facilities other than the Facility and supplied to the Facility, as more particularly described on Exhibit 1.1A.

  • During the Useful Life of the Product, Vendor shall ensure that all Proprietary Interfaces shall be successfully integrated, Interoperable and compatible with the Specified Components.

  • The purpose of this Interoperability Exhibit is to provide minimum terms and conditions to govern the continuity of and compatibility of interoperability among the Vendor Components and the Specified Components.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Vendor is financially responsible for any and all costs associated with required (a) updates to Proprietary Interfaces necessary to ensure continuity of the Interoperability among the Specified Components for the Useful Life, and (b) associated professional services necessary for implementation, including, without limitation, all operating system software.

  • If Buyer does not accomplish the instructions or install the kits within the time periods indicated, all removals of Specified Components affected by such instructions or kits which occur after expiration of such time periods and prior to accomplishment by Buyer of such instructions or kits on all affected Specified Components in Buyer’s possession will be excluded from the calculations which determine whether or not remedies are available under the Program.

  • To the extent that any Proprietary Interfaces need to be developed or modified in order for the Vendor Components to integrate successfully and be compatible with any applicable Specified Components, Vendor shall develop such Proprietary Interfaces or modify Vendor Components at no additional cost to Purchaser to achieve Interoperability.

  • Once Vendor has completed the installation, configuration and integration of Vendor Components and notified Purchaser in writing of completion, Purchaser shall have, at a minimum, thirty (30) business days to test and review the integrated Vendor Components to assess the comprehensive Interoperability and functionality of the Vendor Components with the Specified Components within Purchaser’s environments.


More Definitions of Specified Components

Specified Components means specified raw materials, components, sources, brands or suppliers requested by you to be used in the manufacture or assembly of Custom Bioproduction Products or the performance of Custom Services and includes Consumables and other products and substances manufactured or supplied by third parties, including those products that you purchase through any of our sales channels or affiliates.
Specified Components means the TempoTM device components, canisters, valves, propellant and the Active Agent, excipients, cartons, labels, package inserts and shippers.
Specified Components means specified raw materials, components, sources, brands or suppliers requested by Customer to be used in the manufacture or assembly of Custom Products or the performance of Services.
Specified Components means specified raw materials, components, sources, brands or suppliers requested by Customer to be used in the manufacture or assembly of the Custom HyClone Goods.

Related to Specified Components

  • Certified components means components of X-ray systems which are subject to regulations promulgated under Public Law 90-602, the “Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968,” the Food and Drug Administration.

  • Removed Components means components of the Project or portions thereof which the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate in its sole discretion, elects to remove from the Project pursuant to Section 4.04 hereof or as a result of any Condemnation Event.

  • Bearing components means the bearing element, retainer, inner race, or outer race.
