Does Not Boycott Israel. To the extent required by Texas Government Code Section 2271.002, GRANTEE represents and warrants, that neither GRANTEE, nor any subcontractor, assignee, or sub-recipient of GRANTEE, currently boycotts Israel, or will boycott Israel during the term of this Grant Contract. XXXXXXX agrees to take all necessary steps to ensure this certification remains true for any future subcontractor or assignee. For purposes of this provision, “Boycott Israel” shall have the meaning assigned by Texas Government Code, Sec. 808.001(1).

Outside Counsel further certifies that no subcontractor of Outside Counsel boycotts Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the agreement. Outside Counsel agrees to take all necessary steps to ensure the foregoing certification remains true during the term of this OCC.

If Contractor is required to make a certification pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2270.002, Contractor certifies that Contractor does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract resulting from this solicitation.
