Common use of Entities that Boycott Israel Clause in Contracts

Entities that Boycott Israel. Contractor represents and warrants that (1) it does not, and shall not for the duration of the Contract, boycott Israel or (2) the verification required by Section 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code does not apply to the Contract. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agency.

Contractor represents and warrants that (1) it does not, and shall not for the duration of the Contract, boycott Israel or (2) the verification required by Section 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code does not apply to the Contract. Contractor represents and warrants that (1) it does not, and shall not for the duration of the Contract, boycott Israel or (2) the verification required by Pursuant to Section 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code Code, Contractor certifies that either (i) it meets an exemption criteria under Section 2271.002; or (ii) it does not apply to boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Contract. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agencystate any facts that make it exempt from the boycott certification.

If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contractcontract, Contractor Respondent shall promptly notify System Agency.

Contractor represents and warrants that (1) it does not, and shall not for the duration of the Contract, boycott Israel or (2) the verification required by Pursuant to Section 2271.002 2270 of the Texas Government Code Code, Contractor certifies that Contractor does not apply to currently and will not for the Contract. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course term of the Contractcontract boycott Israel, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agency.unless Contractor:

If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contractcontract, Contractor Vendor shall promptly notify System Agency.
