Encashment of Annual Leave. The Parties may agree to cash out up to two (2) weeks of the Employee’s annual leave per year of entitlement, if the employee is given an equivalent benefit in lieu of entitlement and the agreement to cash out the entitlement is in writing.

  • Payment of Annual Leave (a) If an employee takes annual leave during a period, the annual leave shall be paid at the employee’s ordinary pay immediately before the period begins.
