Employment of Next of Kin. In case of retirement under existing laws of any career employee of the Commission, the employee’s surviving spouse or anyone of the employee’s legal descendants, shall be given preference for employment in the Commission, provided that he/she possesses the necessary qualification requirements. In case of death or total permanent disability, this provision shall also apply regardless of the employee’s length of service.

Employment of Next of Kin. In case of retirement under existing laws of any employee of the AGENCY, the spouse or any of his/her descendants within the first degree of consanguinity shall be given preference in employment in the AGENCY, provided he/she possesses the merit and required qualifications and the retired employee has rendered at least ten (10) years of service to the AGENCY. In case of death or permanent disability, this provision shall also apply regardless of the employee’s length of service.
Employment of Next of Kin. In case of retirement under existing laws of any career services employee of the TRANSCO, the spouse or any one of his/her ascendants or descendants within the first degree of consanguinity shall have preference in employment in TRANSCO, subject to the existing qualification requirements, laws, rules and regulations, provided, however, that said retired employee has rendered at least five (5) years of service in TRANSCO. In case of death or total permanent disability, this provision shall also apply regardless of the employee’s length of service.
