Employment of Employee. (a) Except as provided in Sections 2(b), 2(c) and 2(d), nothing in this Agreement shall affect any right which Employee may otherwise have to terminate Employee’s employment, nor shall anything in this Agreement affect any right which the Company may have to terminate Employee’s employment at any time in any lawful manner.
Employment of Employee. Nothing in this Agreement confers upon Employee the right to continue in the employ of the Company, entitles Employee to any right or benefit not set forth in this Agreement or interferes with or limits in any way the right of the Company to terminate Employee’s employment.
Employment of Employee. Employer agrees to employ Employee, and Employee accepts employment with Employer, on and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Employment Agreement.
Employment of Employee. On the Effective Date, the Company agrees to employ Employee and Employee accepts such employment pursuant and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Employment of Employee. Employer agrees to employ Employee to render services on the terms set forth herein. Employee hereby accepts such employment on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Employment of Employee. NOVA hereby employs Employee for a period beginning as of the Effective Date and ending two (2) years thereafter (the "Initial Term"), unless Employee's employment by NOVA is sooner terminated or automatically renewed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement (Employee's employment by NOVA pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall hereinafter be referred to as "Employment").
Employment of Employee. Employment of Employee. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Employee, and the Employee hereby agrees to accept said employment pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Employment of Employee. Employer hereby employs, engages and hires Employee as Executive Vice President of Employer, and Employee hereby accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement and employment, subject to the direct supervision of the president of Employer and the general supervision of the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall perform duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by Employer. Employee shall devote all necessary efforts to the performance of his duties as Executive Vice President of Employer.
Employment of Employee. Employer hereby employs, engages and hires Employee as President and CEO of Employer, and Employee hereby accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement and employment, subject to the general supervision of the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall perform duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall devote his full-time efforts to the performance of his duties as President and CEO of Employer.
