Employment of Apprentices. (i) Where either the prime agreement or the subcontract exceeds Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000), the CONSULTANT and any subconsultants thereunder shall comply with all applicable requirements of Labor Code Sections 1777.5, 1777.6 and 1777.7 in the employment of apprentices. Any subcontract entered into as a result of this contract, if for more than $25,000 for public works construction or more than $15,000 for the alteration, demolition, repair, or maintenance of public works, shall contain all of the provisions of this Paragraph 21.
