Employment Facilities. During the Employment Period, the Company shall provide, at its expense, appropriate and adequate office space, furniture, communications, stenographic and word-processing equipment, supplies, personnel (including professional, clerical, support and other personnel) and such other facilities and services as shall be suitable to Employee’s position and adequate for the Employee’s use in performing Employee’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
