Employment Facilities. During the Employment Period, the Company shall provide, at its expense, appropriate and adequate office space, furniture, communications, stenographic and word-processing equipment, supplies and such other facilities and services as shall be suitable to Vice President’s position or necessary for Vice President to perform his assigned tasks, duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
