Short Turn Around Sample Clauses
The "Short Turn Around" clause establishes a requirement for expedited action or response within a contract, typically mandating that certain tasks, approvals, or deliverables be completed within a compressed timeframe. In practice, this clause might specify that a party must review and return feedback on documents, or complete a service, within a few days rather than the standard period. Its core function is to ensure that time-sensitive matters are addressed promptly, minimizing delays and supporting projects or transactions that depend on rapid progress.
