Common use of EMPLOYEE PREMIUMS Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE PREMIUMS. Effective January 1, 2014, coverage under the Plan shall be subject to payment of weekly premiums of $0.70 for single coverage, $1.60 for employee plus spouse, $1.60 for employee plus child(ren), and $2.80 for family coverage. Premiums will be deducted from Employees’ pay on a pre-tax basis as provided in Part II, Article III, Section I.B.
