Common use of Employee Agreement Clause in Contracts

Employee Agreement. “Company Employee Agreement” shall mean each management, employment, severance, retention, transaction bonus, change in control, consulting, relocation, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract between: (a) any of the Owl Corporations; and (b) any Company Associate, other than any such Contract that is terminable “at will” (or following a notice period imposed by applicable law) without any obligation on the part of any Owl Corporation to make any severance, termination, change in control or similar payment or to provide any benefit.

Employee Agreement. “Company Employee Agreement” shall mean each any management, employment, severance, retention, transaction bonus, change in control, consulting, relocation, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract between: (a) any of between the Owl Corporations; Company and (b) any Company AssociateEmployee, other than any such Contract that is terminable “at will” (or following a notice period imposed by applicable law) without any obligation on the part of any Owl Corporation the Company to make any severance, termination, change in control payments or similar payment or to provide any benefitbenefits in connection with such termination.

Employee Agreement. “Company Employee Agreement” shall mean each any management, employment, severance, retentionchange in control, transaction bonus, change in control, consulting, relocation, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract between: (a) any of the Owl Corporations; between an Acquired Corporation or a Company Affiliate and (b) any Company AssociateEmployee, other than any such Contract that is terminable “at will” (or following a notice period imposed by applicable law) and without any obligation on the part of an Acquired Corporation or any Owl Corporation Company Affiliate to make any severance, termination, change in control payments or similar payment or to provide any benefitbenefits in connection with termination of such Contract.

Employee Agreement. “Company Employee Agreement” shall mean each management, employment, severance, retentionconsulting, transaction bonusrelocation, change in controlrepatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract between the Company or any Company Affiliate and any Company Employee, other than any such management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract between: (a) any of the Owl Corporations; and (b) any with a Company Associate, other than any such Contract that Employee which is terminable “at will” (or following a notice period imposed by applicable law) without any obligation on the part of the Company or any Owl Corporation Company Affiliate to make any severance, termination, change in control payments or similar payment or to provide any benefitbenefits in connection with such termination.
