Employee Accompanying Spouse. Upon the transfer of her spouse, a permanent Employee shall upon request be granted up to twelve (12) months indefinite leave. Xxxxxxxx, and other conditions of this leave, will be in accordance with Article 17.9.

If the employee has not been successful in obtaining alternate employment by the end of the definite leave or at the end of the one (1) year period on the re-employment list, he/she will be deemed to have resigned.
