Eligibility Criteria for Bursaries. Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph 2 of Part A above, no Beneficiary Secondary School Pupil shall be eligible for a Bursary out of the proceeds of the Credit unless the Borrower has determined, on the basis of an appraisal conducted in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Operational Guidelines, that the Beneficiary Secondary School Pupil satisfies the eligibility criteria specified below and in more detail in the Operational Guidelines, which shall include, inter alia, the following:
