Common use of Electronic Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Electronic Monitoring. Employees shall be made aware of any electronic monitoring used by the Employer as a means to monitor and evaluate the performance of individual employees. It is recognised that volume measurement may be necessary to obtain an objective evaluation of the level of production; however, electronic monitoring shall not be used as the sole means of evaluating individual performance.
