Electrical Conduit. Contractor’s price is based upon there not being electrical conduit or other materials embedded within the roof assembly unless expressly identified on the face of this proposal. Customer will indemnify Contractor from any personal injury, damage, claim, loss or expense resulting from the presence of electrical conduit, shall render the conduit harmless so as to avoid injury to Contractor’s personnel, and shall compensate Contractor for additional time, labor and expense resulting from the presence of such materials. 13.
