Electric and Gas Facilities Sample Clauses

Electric and Gas Facilities. Subject to the provisions of this Article and City Code, CSU will extend electric and gas service to the Property if CSU, in its sole discretion, determines that there will be no adverse effect to any Utility Service or utility easement. Owners shall cooperate with CSU to ensure that any extension of gas or electric facilities to serve the Property will be in accordance with City Code. Notwithstanding anything else in this paragraph to the contrary, in the event any of the Property is receiving electric utility service from an electric service provider other than CSU as of the date of this Amended Agreement, Owners agree to pay the then- current electric service provider for the costs specified in C.R.S. §§ 40-9.5-204 (1) (a) and 40- 9.5-204 (1) (b) within 30 days of receipt of an invoice for such costs.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to CBB.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

If Red Hat agrees to provide the training facilities and hardware, you will be liable for any loss or destruction of this equipment and hardware used in connection with the Training.
