Commonwealth Edison ("Electric Service Provider") is the utility company currently providing electricity service for the Building.
Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord, the Electric Service Provider, and any Alternate Service Provider at all times and, as reasonably necessary, shall allow Landlord, Electric Service Provider, and any Alternate Service Provider reasonable access to the Building's water lines, electric lines, feeders, risers, wiring, and any other machinery or service apparatus within the Premises.
