Effect on Other Actions. (a) If an employee is granted leave without pay for a period in excess of 4 consecutive weeks, the date the employee would have been eligible for merit system status or a higher leave accrual rate must be deferred and reassigned to a later date.

Effect on Other Actions. Work performed in accordance with an order or consent decree issued pursuant to Section 106 authority exercised by a Federal Resource Manager shall be deemed consistent with the NCP as if the order or decree had been issued or requested by EPA or the Coast Guard.
