Effect of Election of Grievance Procedure for Resolution of Individual Grievance. Where grieving party has elected to utilize the grievance procedures set forth herein, the grieving party shall be foreclosed from utilizing any other procedures within the City for resolution of a complaint based upon the same facts as the grievance.
