Educational Responsibilities a. It is the responsibility of the Education Department to ensure that payments are used for the purpose intended as identified in your statement of SEN. The statement of SEN and Individual Education Plan will do this through a regular review every six months and twelve months from the start of the Agreement. At the review you will go through the statement of SEN/IEP to look at how the support is being managed and check that it is still appropriate to meet your needs. b. Pembrokeshire Education Department will monitor and review the payments made to you on receipt of your income and expenditure returns. The balances in the payment account will be reviewed and any unused or uncommitted monies may be reclaimed. You may be allowed to retain up to 10% of the annual amount of your payment for any planned commitments or for contingency arrangements to cover any emergencies. c. Documentation will be issued on an annual basis at the beginning of the financial year.

  • General Responsibilities Issuer hereby engages Distributor to act as exclusive distributor of the shares of each class of the Funds.   • Fiscal Responsibility It is understood and agreed that the total amount of the funds used under this Agreement shall be used only for the project as described in the application and award documentation. Therefore, should the project not be completed, the Subrecipient shall reimburse said funds directly to the AZDOHS immediately. If the project is completed at a lower cost than the original budget called for, the amount reimbursed to the Subrecipient shall be for only the amount of dollars actually spent by the Subrecipient in accordance with the approved application. For any funds received under this Agreement for which expenditure is disallowed by an audit exemption or otherwise by the AZDOHS, the State, or Federal government, the Subrecipient shall reimburse said funds directly to the AZDOHS immediately.

  • Personal Responsibility The Participant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) certify that Participant has no physical or mental condition that precludes him/her from participating in the Activities and that he/she is not participating against medical advice. The Participant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) understand that Participant’s participation in the Activities is voluntary and further understand that they have the opportunity to inspect the Host’s Equipment and facilities before any participation. The Participant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) understand that Participant is obligated to follow the rules of the Activities and that he/she can minimize his/her risk of injury by doing so and through the exercise of common sense and by being aware of his/her surroundings. If, while participating in the Activities, the Participant or his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) observe any unusual hazard or condition, which they believe jeopardizes Participant’s personal safety or that of others, Participant and/or his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) will remove Participant from participation in the Activities and immediately bring said hazard or condition to the attention of the Host.
