Contingency Arrangements definition

Contingency Arrangements means such arrangements as Interconnector may adopt from time to time to deal with any material failures in the Interconnector Information System and/or in the connections within the Interconnector Area of Responsibility;
Contingency Arrangements means such arrangements as IUK may adopt from time to time to deal with any material failures in the IUK Information System and/or in the connections within the IUK Area of Responsibility;
Contingency Arrangements means the Contractor’s pre-determined plans for dealing with provision of the Services during those times when there is an emergency or other operational issue that prevents the Contractor from providing the Services at the designated Reception Point;

Examples of Contingency Arrangements in a sentence

  • IUK has established and will maintain Contingency Arrangements to deal with any material failure in the System and/or the connections within the IUK Area of Responsibility but cannot guarantee that such Contingency Arrangements will ensure availability of the System or any such connections.

  • The purpose of the Student Protection Plan and Contingency Arrangements (SPPCA) is to preserve the continuation and quality of study for all of the Partner Institution’s students whenever a risk to the continued study of students crystallises.

  • Except for the Contingency Arrangements and except as set forth herein, the Company has not granted any rights to the Infringement Claims to any Person and no Person is entitled to receive any portion of any Litigation Award.

  • The Student Protection Plan and Contingency Arrangements applicable in this MoC is set out in Annexe 3 below.

Related to Contingency Arrangements

  • Management Arrangements means the arrangements for the strategic management of the relationship between the Authority and the Contractor, including arrangements for monitoring of the Contractor’s compliance with the Specification, the Service Levels, the Award Procedures and the terms of this Framework Agreement, set out in Schedule 4.

  • Access Arrangement means an arrangement for access to a Covered Pipeline that has been approved by the Relevant Regulator.

  • Continuing Arrangements means those arrangements set forth on Schedule 1.1(24) and such other commercial arrangements among the Parties that are intended to survive and continue following the Effective Time; provided, however, that for the avoidance of doubt, Continuing Arrangements shall not be Third Party Agreements.
