Educational Degree Payment. Employees, who after July 1, 2009, receive any of the following degrees or meet any of the following conditions shall receive an educational degree payment for the cost of tuition for department related educational courses taken by employees when approved in accordance with this Agreement. This payment shall be paid on a one-time basis following the employee’s receipt of such degree from an accredited college or university after satisfactorily providing appropriate evidence of the granting of such degree as follows:
