EditorialIndependence. Nothing herein will oblige Wiley to publish any article submitted to Wiley by an Eligible Author. Member Institution acknowledges that the selection of material to be published is entirely at the discretion of Wiley/the editors. Wiley is permitted to elect not to publish any Eligible Article or Opt-Out Article, and/or permitted to retract, withdraw, or publish a correction or other notice for an article accepted for publication, if for any reason, in Wiley's reasonable judgment, such publication would be inconsistent with the Core Practices and associated guidelines set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/core-practices) or would result in legal liability, violation of Wiley's ethical guidelines, or violation of Journal ethical practices. DEAL Operating Entity and Member Institution each waive any Claim it or they may have against Wiley in the event that Wiley or its editors refuse or decline to publish any Eligible Article or Opt-Out Article (or part thereof) submitted by an Eligible Author, or retract, withdraw, publish a correction or other notice with respect to any Eligible Article or Opt-Out Article published by Wiley under this Agreement. Where an Eligible Article or Opt-Out Article is retracted or withdrawn, the APC or PAR Fee, as applicable, remain payable and are not refundable. An article will be considered to be selected for publication once the Eligible Author has been notified that the article has been accepted and Wiley has received the applicable, signed author agreement.

  • Independence The Party will act in an independent capacity and not as officers or employees of the State.

  • Credentialing The Provider will maintain written documentation confirming that each individual providing services under this agreement has and maintains the requisite credentials. Any change in status regarding any credentialing requirements must be reported in writing, by the Provider to the Department's Credentialing Contracted Agent, within thirty days.

  • Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance. Changes to rosters may occur with 24 hours notice or, subject to the availability of the Employee, with less notice if by mutual consent.

  • Independent Development Receiving Party may currently or in the future be developing information internally, or receiving information internally, or receiving information from other parties that may be similar to the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information. Vehicles: Rickshaws The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.
