Common use of Early Childhood Education Clause in Contracts

Early Childhood Education. Section 1. Definition: According to Minn. Stat. § 122A.26, subd. 2 (2013), a license that is required for an instructor in a Community Education Program shall not be construed to bring an individual within the definition of a teacher for the purpose of the continuing contract law. This Article shall apply to all ECFE and preschool teachers, who shall be referred to in this article as ECE teachers.
