Dues and Fees. Subgrantee certifies under the Discriminatory Club Act that Subgrantee is not prohibited from selling goods or services to the State of Illinois because it pays dues or fees on behalf of its employees or reimburses them, for payment of their dues or fees to any club that unlawfully discriminates, 775 ILCS 25/Act.
