Dropping Trip(s) into Open Time. A Flight Attendant may submit a request to drop trip(s) into Open Time using the electronic trade platform (currently FLiCA) in accordance with this paragraph by 2359 ET two (2) days prior to the day of the trip’s check-in time. The trip will be dropped with the concurrence of Crew Scheduling, subject to operational needs, based on the reserve staffing formula in Appendix 1. Example: A Flight Attendant wants to drop her trip, which checks in at 1400 ET on Sunday. His or her drop request must be submitted no later than 2359 ET on Friday.

  • Monday morning (2) The employee should not work more than 16 hours without an 8 hour break.
